Clean the damaged area of dust and dirt with a cleaning cloth. It is recommended to degrease the surface around the chip using MANNOL Brake Cleaner 9691. 2. Remove glass fragments from the damaged area using the red button. 3. Apply the adhesive disc so that the damaged area is in its center. 4. Place the black o-ring around the hole in the adhesive disc. 5. Stick the red mushroom-shaped base onto the adhesive disc and pour 2-6 drops of repair resin, depending on the extent of the damage. 6. Install the syringe in the mushroom-shaped base with the plunger fully depressed. Then pull the plunger up, creating a vacuum. Wait 10 minutes. Remove the syringe, press the plunger, and place the syringe back on the base. Pull the plunger up and wait another 10 minutes. 7. Remove the syringe, base, o-ring, and adhesive disc. Clean the windshield of any adhesive residue if necessary. Apply repair resin to the remaining damage. Cover the damaged area with the thermal film. Smooth the film to ensure it adheres to the windshield and there are no air bubbles. Remove excess resin. 8. After 15 minutes, remove or scrape off the thermal film.
