Daelim

Daelim Motor Company, a.k.a. DMC is a South Korean manufacturer of motorcycles under 250cc, scooters and quads. Headquartered in Gyeongsangnam-do, with production facilities in Changwon, it has been producing more than 300,000 vehicles per year since production began in 1963.
Daelim products are popular in Germany, Spain, Great Britain, Australia, France, Italy, Israel, Rwanda and Sudan.
The company also produces engine and transmission parts for the automotive industry.
The origins of the company are associated with the start of production of Japanese Honda motorcycle projects under license for the South Korean market.
In 1976, they set up their own R&D center in Hamamatsu, Japan, and the following year, they began mass-producing their own models.
